ROLE TITLE :COO   Organisation :Niraamaya  Location : Bangalore  ROLE PURPOSE: COO Niraamaya is responsible for building, managing & delivering higher revenue growth for Niraamaya Resorts Pvt Ltd  KRA- S  1 Candidate should be between 35 - 45 Years of age.  2 Should have worked with good brands like Taj / Oberoi /Leela   3 Should have very rich experience in Sales / Reservations / demonstrated capability of increasing sales / occupancy over a period of time   4 Should be a bright / astute businessman, from a Metrics / P&L / People Management Standpoint  5 Should have handled P&L for atleast 5 Years, with a minimum P& L of 3 Cr p.a.  6 Should have a very good understanding of Finance / Financial numbers  7 Should have good knowledge of hotel industry / High on Analytical stills   8 Should be good in presentation skills & MS Office  9 Should have a broad knowledge of economies, trends & its effects on the business in short & medium term, ability to define business strategy according to global trends.  10 Should be an extremely good people manager & should have handled large team sizes of 200 + employees  Meeting monthly targets,Trip advisory rating targets,Internal guest satisfaction scores, Enabling the Niraamaya brand to evolve to the global standard of guest service & guest satisfaction.  DESIRED SKILLS  1 Assertive, Matured, Focused, Honest, Sincere & Hard - working  2 Strong Analytical, Interpersonal & Presentation Sills, Ability to interact with any level in the organisation.  3 Self starter, team-player, team leader.
