About Our Client -   Our client is one of the leading cold supply chain solutions providers in India, with a rich history of providing customized and specialized services to clients across the F&B, FMCG, Pharma Industry. They are widely regarded as pioneers in this space, and have been growing exponentially over the last few years. They are currently looking at setting up a dedicated vertical focusing on the Ecommerce Space, and are looking to recruit a COO for the same, based out of their office in Delhi NCR.  Job Description -   Reporting to the MD/Board, you will be responsible for managing the business operations end to end for the company. This would include aspects including - client/customer management, logistics, distribution, warehousing, procurement. In this capacity, you will be liaising with multiple stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure operational efficiency. Further, as one of the founding members of this BU, you will be responsible for developing the Org Chart, and hiring a team across different functions/levels.  The Successful Applicant -  You will have around 6-12 years of experience in the field of Ecommerce + Logistics/Supply Chain in a senior management capacity. Prior experience of scaling up businesses, and managing teams is a must. The client is looking for someone with a strong background in managing business operations, excellent communication/interpersonal skills, and a hands on approach towards his/her work.
