- Overall responsibility for Operations management

- Includes Inventory & Warehouse management, Logistics and Delivery operations

- Policy and SOP definition & compliance

- Own Store management & Sales

- Monitoring compliance to store management policies

- Overall responsibility for after-sales service to customers and B2B partners

- Monitoring and controlling store overheads

- Expansion

- New own store search, setup and launch

- Franchisee store setup and launch

- Analytics

- MIS and reports generation and monitoring

- Sales & product / inventory analytics

- Customer and B2B data analytics

- HR & Admin

- Hiring for Operations team

- Performance monitoring, training and career development of Operations team members

- Facility & infrastructure management of stores & corporate office
