Chief Operating Officer/Director - Operations - FMCG/Retail/F&B

Roles and responsibilities

Responsible for day-to-day operations of the company at the store and business level for service delivery, safety, hygiene, inventory management and logistics. Primary owner for the - cost of sales- and gross margin in the P&L. Owner of all quality related parameters.

Responsible for process design to set up a replicable model for new store set up

Ensure proper store / process and service design for operational efficiency and unprecedented customer experience in the stores.

Oversee the operational aspects related to partner restaurants to ensure timely procurement and replenishment of SKUs

Contribute to devising strategy on expansion and new outlet launch, specifically from operational and supply chain perspective.

Assist CEO on execution of the company's mission and strategic objectives.

Work with the technology team to design backend technology systems for efficient operations and delivery

Desired qualifications and experience

Bachelors degree in Business, Production or Industrial engineering. Masters degree a plus

Prior experience in an operations role in retail or F&B

Prior ownership of P&L desired

8-15 years experience overall
