COO (Heading the Credit Dept.)  Organization Profile:  A leading company which is in the business of providing capital assets on lease to social entrepreneurs globally. The company has a PAN India geographic spread.  Principal Responsibilities of COO (Heading the Credit Dept.):   1. Setting up systems and processes for entire credit mainly with respect to extending leasing of assets (mainly operating lease)  2. Managing Credit – Lending, Evaluation and Documentation  3. Monitoring systems and processes  4. Deep RBI relationships and carrying out entire set of activities related to RBI (mainly with respect to approvals, regulations)  5. Managing cost of capital and profitability  6. Credit rating  7. Treasury management  8. Budgeting and borrowing programs for short term and long term  9. Supervising Accounts and finance function till appointment of CFO  10. Ensuring compliance with all statutory obligations  Avenues for Professional Growth:   1.
