Co-Founder (late stage) and Chief Operating Officer
Experience :
Minimum 15 years- experience in a Business or HR Leadership Role. Experience with an HR product/service organisation with expertise in the areas of Executive Coaching, Training Delivery, Executive Search, Business/HR Consulting would be an added advantage. Must have some direct selling experience at some stage in career.
Key Requirements :
- Must be prepared to jump on to the entrepreneurship bandwagon and should be aware of challenges faced while setting-up and working in a start-up
- Should be a hands-on leader, ready to work with minimal support
- Able to lead by example in all areas - whether it is business development, closure of deals or deal servicing
Compensation :
Sweat equity in Year 1 & 2 with Performance Linked Incentive. Small fixed component can be considered for exceptional candidates.
Qualification :
MBA from IIM, XLRI, ISB, TISS or equivalent
