Client is a Marketplace in India.  Role Details:   - Lead the Analytics function and responsible for all Analytics based decisions taken in the company.   Requirements:  - Total experience of 10+ years and atleast 5 years in Analytics  - Experience in leading the Analytics Function and implementing Analytical Solutions in an End-User Organization (preferably a Travel-logistics or an E-Commerce retailer).  - Clear demonstrated impact on the top line of the company through the use of Analytics  - Expertize in Analytics techniques like Regression, Logistic Regression, Tree Modelling, Random Forests, Neural Networks, Clustering etc.   - Hands on experience on tools like MS Excel and R  - Should have knowledge of routing algorithms like Hierarchical/Non-Hierarchical etc  - Should have simulated routing algorithms and worked on Optimal Route Selection kind of problems  - Algorithm building and coding experience in similar domain.  Call me +91-80-45179909 to know more.
