We are looking for the following result oriented professionals to build our marketing organization.   Position: CMO (Chief Marketing Officer)   Location: Noida   Reports to: CEO   Role Objective:   As a CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) - the key role objectives would be as follows:   - Key role would be to strategies marketing strategy for aggressive and profitable growth of Cos Marketplace business in India.   - He will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing Brand Marketing strategies for Cos Brand in India.   - Implement Marketing and Brand Management strategies which will lead to higher Brand Strength in all its measurable parameters like Market shares, brand Awareness and Brand Saliency scores.   - Build and manage a team of Professional managers to ensure delivery of rapid growth and current business plans in the region.   - Responsible for the digital marketing efforts of the company.   Responsibilities:   - Oversee a team of marketing managers with the objective of conceptualizing strategies and executing plans for the market place.   - Oversee a team of Brand Activation/Trade Marketing/Communication managers with the objective of ensuring conceptualizing and executing key on-ground strategic and tactical initiatives which deliver on agreed sales performance and brand health within the assigned and agreed budgets.   - Coordinate with central Brand innovation teams on innovation strategies and deliveries. All marketing activities to be coordinated in tandem with Chief Executive officer.   - Develop a strong understanding of the consumer, consumer habits and capture, consumer insights and practices with a view to effectively using this data in product development, communication development etc.   - Research and analyze economic trends, buying habits and the demographic characteristics of consumers, their tastes, preferences for company products and those of competitors.   - Manage effectively all the business relationships in the region with key partners like, ad agencies, market research agencies, and media and PR agencies.   - Ensure monthly Reporting of Performance in all its aspects to Head office on a monthly basis. Develop and prepare key messaging and presentation material for Senior Management as and when required.   - Coach, mentor and raise the team's ability to deliver and exceed expectations while creating opportunities for succession plan   - Ensure compliance by Cos on all regulations, licensing requirements, product quality requirements and ensure all other legal and statutory norms are adhered to as per local rules and procedures.   - Develop unique value propositions, business partnership, and category management as well as call to action oriented advertising targeted towards key customer segments that increases brand awareness.   - Analyze, evaluate, plan and execute on both existing and potential marketing activities and strategies. Develop benchmark criteria to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing programs.   - Measure the effectiveness of the marketing department and implement improvements as required.   - Marketing & PR: Manage audit opportunities and theater program, press and venture, Organize the availability of company member for media/PR events as necessary, Oversee content, production and distribution of all market and publicity materials. Coordinate the invitation of potential future promoters and supporters of the company.   Job Requirement:   Desired Experience:   - Top B School MBA from premier Institutes in India or abroad.   - A minimum of 10+ years of Work experience comprising of a judicious mix of Line Sales and Marketing /Brand Management/ Category Management with most recent experience in Marketing in FMCG environment at Senior Management Level.   - A reasonable part of the sales & Marketing experience should be in domestic markets,   It would be desirable if the candidate has some experience of managing a P & L for a few years.   Desired Skills:   - Marketing / Brand Management skills.   - Communication development / Marketing Research   - Promotions Management.   - Digital marketing skills.   - Team Training & Development.   - Knowledge of local language desirable, though not essential.   - Strategic & Creative Thinking.   - Ability and attitude to take full ownership of regions topline and bottom-line.   - Good analytical and conceptualizations skills.   - Planning & Organizing.   - Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills.   - The ability to inspire, motivate and lead a team   - Strong analytical, Planning, forecasting & budgeting/ financial skills.   Only senior individuals with Top B School MBA and top FMCG co experience @ Marketing Head or International Marketing or Country Head level  Jafar Ahemed Shaik.  Principal Talent Acquisition.  Zyoin- Bangalore
