Silverpeople, is hiring CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) for one of India's fastest emerging/growing real estate company. The company has grown to 700 plus people in last two years and have a great founding team from IIT/IIM/Top MBA colleges. Company has achieved multiple rounds of funding and have great expansion plans. To support the growth plans company is looking to hire a top notch CMO.   The candidate needs to be dynamic, possess entrepreneurial flair and must be an MBA from top 10 (A+) Indian or International institutes with a proven marketing expertise. Having digital marketing expertise shall be a huge plus.   Brief Responsibility:   - Strategize, Develop and Implement overall marketing strategy  - Hire, develop and manage Sales and Marketing team and provide direction to local marketing teams   - Planning, drafting and coordinating city specific marketing calendar with the regional marketing teams   - The position has direct interface with Co-founders and great exposure and growth potential.   Compensation: 40-60 Lacs/ annum, not a constraint for the right candidate.   Process: Please send a) your updated CV, b) your current and expected salary and c) Willingness to take up a position in Mumbai   P.S: No cv shall be shared with the client or anybody outside without having detailed conversation and acceptance from the candidate.
