The brief details of the role is as:  Job Title: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)  Reports to: Managing Director  Job Location: Kolkata  Requirement:   - Person should be MBA (Full Time) from a Tier I/II institute, at least 12-18 yrs of experience in personal care industry pre-dominantly worked on Consumer brands with lot of ATL\BTL budgets\activities.   - He/She should have handled a Strategic role at the corporate level for around 4-5 years.  - Person should have worked at corporate strategic marketing level and should be an out-of-the-box thinker.  - Should have essentially worked in similar capacity of managing a FMCG Brands.
