Duties & responsibilities:
Strategic Responsibilities:
- Brand Management & brand communication
- Create higher profile of visibility by seeking strategic print, outdoor and other media partnerships.
- Focus on alliances that contribute to vierwership and drive PR mileage
Operational Responsibilities:
- Execute brand and sponsor activities on-ground
- BTL/ Field marketing/ promotions/ brand activation.
- Drive PR with the national PR team to keep media interested in the brand, nationally
- Ensure smooth functioning and relationships with partners (Barters) by coordinating internally for their needs
- Regular reporting from and to other cities on brand developments and activations. Needs to be a facilitator of information between corporate office and rest of the cities
- Set benchmarks in process compliance
Developmental Responsibilities:
- Drive digital extension and loyalty for listeners towards the brand
This would include the following:
- Strategic year long tie-ups in the digital space (including online and mobile)
- All brands campaigns and spikes will have a larger footprint in the digital space
- Trade focus: Communication towards media agencies
Commercial Production:
- Client Integrations
- Spots
- Creative Pitches
- Audits / Reviews
Creative approach for all Content including Spikes:
- Objective setting on a quarterly basis
- Design national level creative solutions
- Creative Audits
All Processes & Systems for the Creative team across:
- Driving and managing weekly Creative meetings
- Total Quality Management
- New Hire Training and identifying ongoing training & development needs
- Regular process audit and constant evolution of processes
