Our client, a 100+ year old Indian Consumer Health (OTC) / F&B company is looking for a Chief Marketing Officer who will oversee the Marketing & Sales Operations of the company.  Job:  - The CMO leads sales management product development, distribution channel management, marketing communications (including advertising and promotions), pricing, market research, and customer service.   - The CMO must quickly react to changing circumstances in the firm, and must shape the company's understanding of a particular product, sales strategy, or marketing idea.  - Analytical tasks, such as pricing and market research  - Creative tasks such as designing advertising and promotions  - Interpersonal tasks such as coordinating many different styles of thinking in a single team / across teams  Candidate Requirements:  - MBA with experience Marketing and Sales with wide experience in F&B products / FMCG / Pharma domain.  - Go Getter  - Should have a fire in the belly  - In the age group of 45 to 50 years  - Some experience in working with a promoter driven Indian company would help  Compensation: 23 L to 25 L per annum  Shortlisted candidates will hear from us.  Team - "The Recruiters"
