Chief Manager/Team Manager - HRBP (Only Male Candidates from BFSI industry can apply)

Urgently required for a leading NBFC at Mumbai (2 positions) & Navi Mumbai (1 Position)

Experience : 4-10 Years

- We are looking at candidates only from BFSI Sector (Banking, NBFC, Insurance & broking)

- This will be a mix of HRBP (70%) & Recruitment (30%)

- To lead business HR efforts for one or more Business Unit with mix of Sales, Collections, Corporate and Central Support functions.

- Talent Acquisition and Talent Management of on-roll & off-roll staff across products and verticals

- Designing HR Policy, HR operations, Process improvements, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations & Discipline, Training & Development; and Employee Communication within the business unit.
