The group's strength lies in its experience and expertise in providing tailor-made solutions after thoroughly understanding the client's requirements.   To deliver these customized structures, it leverages on the Bank's global presence, industry expertise, large underwriting capability and comprehensive product suite.   The Structured Finance Group provides an array of services to its clients including:   - Acquisition finance   - Asset-backed finance   - Receivables purchase   - Subordinated debt   - Convertibles / Hybrid instruments   - Non-recourse financing   The group is responsible for the single point structuring and execution of these deals, interacting with the client, jointly with the corporate banking group and the international and domestic syndication teams.   The role:   The role involves structuring and executing transactions to meet the client's complex financing requirements (both domestic and overseas), while keeping in line with the bank's business and regulatory requirements.   The job promises an enriching experience through interactions with clients, advisors, banks & financial institutions, legal counsels and experts on tax, trade, accounting, treasury and cross border regulations. The role offers exposure to both the domestic and overseas financing / syndication markets.   Candidate Profile:  - MBA Finance / CA with 6-10 years of relevant experience
