Company : A leading NBFC (Wholesale Banking Business)  Position : Chief Manager - Legal  Location : Kalina, Mumbai   Job Purpose :   This JOB is responsible for addressing all legal issues of the company in the following sectors : Wind Projects, Port Projects, Solar Projects/SEZ Projects, Road, Mining, Education/Healthcare   This JOB is also responsible for addressing legal issues concerning Non-Infra Wholesale Business & Private Equity deals  Principal Accountabilities:  1. Strategizing: - This position is responsible for strategizing the legal actions on behalf of the Company. For that, he/she has to engage in continuous discussions with the Business Groups to understand their requirements in terms of closure of transactions, maintaining turnaround time.   2. Attendance in Committee Meetings & sharing views on legal aspects:- Sharing legal views on various aspects of new transactions, loan documentation and security creation by attending Management Committee Meetings as well as Internal Credit Committee Meetings  3. Special Advisory: - Advising Business on various uncommon legal issues faced by them including advisory in Structured Deals  4. Negotiations :- With external clients and their legal team from Term sheet stage till Closing on broad legal open issues.  5. Development of Systems and process : Updation/Improvements of systems/ processes/documentation to ensure smooth flow of the work in the Legal Department as well as successfully aide the business group  6.
