Job Title - Chief Manager - Human Resource - Training (Employee Emgagement)

JOB SUMMARY:
- Enable employee engagement, employee on-boarding, and internal communication through line managers and centrally run initiatives
- Foster a culture of Great workplace that facilitates employee performance, productivity and retention
- Be internal consultant / subject matter expert and custodian of processes and the outcomes
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute Employee Engagement plans for employees through Executive Management Team, Line Managers and HR Business Partners including:
- Defining goal, content and methodology
- Tracking for effectiveness via surveys like Pulse
- Conduct Gallup engagement survey / Quarterly Pulse survey and enable Line Managers to execute follow through plans including
- Aligning Management Team on focus areas and course of action
- Initiating actions through stakeholders
- Co-own the new employee On-boarding process and ensure its smooth implementation through Line Managers, Training Managers and HR Representatives including
- Defining non-negotiables
- Standardizing Organizational / HR messages
- Help design and execute Communication calendar and Transformation / OD Initiatives including:
- Defining goal, content and methodology (via CEO Webcasts, Employee Town Halls )
- Highlight employer brand in market place through participation in "best employer surveys", and Advertorials
MINIMUM EDUCATION:
- Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources
- Minimum 7 years of work experience in reputed organization including
- 3 years in the area of Employee Engagement / Communications / Organization Development
