About the Client :

A leading Media conglomerate and a publisher of some of the best known magazines in the country.

Role Description :

- Manage the Brand Solutions portfolio for a cluster of publications across the Northern region

- Develop and deliver an advertising sales strategy for the assigned magazines/ events/digital properties

- Achieve targeted revenues by maximizing the revenue generated from existing and well as developing new advertising clients

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to new and existing customers

- Lead and drive a team of Brand Solution professionals

- Process all correspondence and paperwork related to assigned accounts

- Inform clients of available options for advertisements/ innovations/ event association artwork and provide samples

- Drive team performance through space selling, sponsorships, concept selling

- Team management and motivation

Desired Profile:

- 8-14 years of overall experience

- Publishing, Printing or Media experience is highly preferred.

- Aggressive go-getter

- Willingness to travel and work in a high pressure, sales environment

- Diversity candidates highly preferred
