- Would be responsible to handle Central Processing Center (CPC)

- To ensure smooth running of the Central Processing Centre and promotion of customer service.

- Responsible for Servicing Customers from conversion to post sale services.

- Responsible for servicing agency and other channels

- Responsible for ensuring customer service TAT's are met

- Candidate Should be CA or MBA with 7 to 10 years of experience from Life Insurance Industry with Policy Servicing exposure.
