Basic Minimum Requirements :  - Extremely high Integrity levels with due background checks.   - Experience of handling and monitoring Housekeeping of Premises (preferably from a 5 Star Hotel/Hospital Industry where cleanliness and aesthetics is of utmost importance). Candidates from Finance industries also preferred.  - Should have knowledge of Insurance - Asset & Health Insurance  - Should have knowledge of Management of Travel, Forex, Foods Services, etc.  - Should have experience in handling critical installations from the Services Perspective with 100% uptime -Electrical Services, HVAC Services, Plumbing Services, Surveillance System Services, Building Automation Services, D G sets, Lifts, Fire Fighting Services, Fire Detection Services. Should be very conscious & always concerned about Environmental issues and work towards areas of reducing our carbon foot print. etc.  - Should have experience in handling Security Services.  - Should be a person who is always available at short notice.   - Should be always eager and willing to learn.   - Should be willing to Travel.  - Around 45 yrs of age.
