Position Name : Chief Investor Relation

Locations: Mumbai (HO)

Key Objective / Overall Job Responsibility

1. To be an effective bridge between the senior management of the Company and the investing and research community.

2. To enhance institutional investor interest and shareholding in the stock. Needs to understand, analyze and effectively communicate the sector developments, the business model and strengths of the company while addressing any investor/analyst concerns.

3. To regularly provide insights and investor feedback to senior management as an input to strategic decision making

4. To prepare necessary documents for quarterly results, Board meetings, CIO meets and analyst meets and to support Annual Report preparation and AGM/shareholder meet

5. To train and build a motivated and high-performing team

Education: CA, MBA/PGDM(Finance)

Experience : 15.00 To 20.00 Years
