Chief Information Officer - IT/ITES

Qualification : Engineer ECE / CS / IT from Reputed institution (Required), Business Management (desirable)

Work Experience : 20+ years' experience in progressively higher responsibilities;IT/ ITES experience preferred

Responsibility Area:

- Provide leadership for ISIT strategy across all divisions of the company.

- Aligning ISIT and Business goals; identifying needs of business on an on-going basis

- Devising and updating IT Strategy and roadmaps for the business.

- Stakeholder Management and interfacing with Top Management.

- IT as enabler for the business and providing competitive edge.

- Preparing and obtaining approvals for IT Revenue, Capital and Manpower budgets based on corporate guidelines.

- Managing overall IT service delivery, SLA compliance; ensuring high levels of services for all end users, customers, partners;

- Cost improvement and optimization on an ongoing basis

- Managing implementation of IT projects within time and budgets and delivering value and user satisfaction.

- Managing Risk and Compliance; Design & implement IT policies; Licensing and Asset Management;

- Quality related exposure such as Six Sigma, Lean; etc.

- Change Management

- Team building and development with high level of Inter-personal skills
