The Chief Information Officer is accountable and has authority for all aspects of the organisation's IT and is responsible for ensuring that our Client's IT strategy converges and integrates with the strategy and goals of the Group.
- SAP : To manage the SAP and all the technical and functional resources within a Professional Services environment.
- Business Applications : To manage and apply architecture knowledge at enterprise, company and division level to deliver, optimize and rationalise mission-critical applications that meet the business' needs.
- Core IT : IT infrastructure, architecture, standards setting, network management, telephony, application development, systems integration and data integrity as the Chief Information Officer
- Enterprise wide concerns : including technology enabled business processes and workflows, Operations, security, privacy, IT related procurement of goods and services, risk management (including business continuity and compliance) and quality improvement
- Evaluating strategic opportunities in terms of local products and technology alliances
- Developing plans to make company's products (or a relevant subset) more relevant to the market
- Participate to the global innovation strategy
