Required Experience  - Minimum of 15 years of total experience with experience in responsibilities for management of complete information systems and information technology of a large corporate multi-location setup and preferably direct management of a major IT operation is preferred.   - Significant experience specifically in technology and information systems planning to support business goals is a must.   - Experience should also include exposure to both shared and outsourced solutions, as well as support of in-house information and communication systems in a multi-site client-server environment.   - Specific experience with ERP & CRM solutions is a plus point. Experience on SAP will be preferred.   Job Duties  - Will be responsible to provide technology vision and leadership in the development and implementation of the IT needs of the company.   - Will lead the IT network in planning and implementing enterprise information systems to support the business operations and achieve more effective and cost beneficial enterprise-wide IT operations.   - Provide strategic and tactical planning, development, evaluation, and coordination of the information and technology systems for the entire organization which will include effective Business Continuity Plan & Disaster Recovery Plan.   - Facilitates communication between staff, management, vendors, and other technology resources within the organization.  - Overseas the computer operations of the company, including local area networks and wide-area networks.   - Responsible for the management of multiple information and communications systems and projects, including voice, data, imaging, and office automation.   - Designs, implements, and evaluates the systems that support end users in the productive use of computer hardware and software.   - Develops and implements user-training programs.   - Provide effective IT system & Information security and oversees that effective & secure back up procedures are followed.
