Experience:
- Minimum Four Years in Senior HR Position at a 250+ Employee Company
- Strong preference given for experience in Topgrading Method, ‘WHO: A-Method for Hiring”, and DISC Profiling
- Job Evaluation leading to Job Sizing & Benchmarking
- Strong preference given for experience in Balanced Scorecard Method for Goal Alignment
- Performance Management Systems
