Silverpeople, is hiring CFO (Chief Financial Officer) for one of India's fastest emerging/growing real estate ecommerce company. The company has grown to 700 plus people in last two years and have a great founding team from IIT/IIM/Top MBA colleges. Company has achieved multiple rounds of funding and have great expansion plans. To support the growth plans company is looking to hire a top notch CFO.   The candidate needs to be young (not over 40 years), dynamic, possess entrepreneurial flair and must be an CA with a proven financial acumen and expertise.   Experience   - 8+ to 15 years of experience in Finance and Accounts   - Experience in IFRS, USGAAP is good to have  Qualification:   - Chartered Accountant  Skill Set   - Should possess strong domain knowledge   - Exceptional understanding of Financial Planning, Budgeting and accounting practices   - Good communication and leadership skills   - Should be enthusiastic about working in a dynamic entrepreneurial set-up   Role:   - Work out different business models, define the business requirements and facilitate monitoring of conformance to financial as well as operational requirements   - Devise and implement financial controls, policies and procedures   - Explore investment options and manage investor expectations   - Facilitate financial planning & budgeting, internal & external reporting and cost control activities.   - Ensure financial consolidation, and execution at BU level with highest level of accuracy and strictest compliance   - Provide a comprehensive analysis including any risks and opportunities to the management for decision making   - Ensure foreign exchange risk is properly managed by various financial tools such as natural hedge, forward cover, swap and other instruments   - Dealing with banks and managing good relationship with them on time to time basis, ensuring that the cost of funds is kept at the lowest possible level   - Frequently interact with the Corporate Treasury Department to leverage our corporate relationship and guidance/approvals.   - Fully responsible for the Treasury ensuring that proper funding is in place for the legal entities   - Provide leadership and technical expertise in implementing and executing the most appropriate policies and controls   - Facilitate and guide sites in period and financial closings and review all outstanding items on a regular basis   - Monitoring of operating working capital management   - Developing and monitoring operational and cash flow budgets/plans, and ensuring that all funds are spent with prudence   - Provide leadership and technical expertise in implementing and executing the most appropriate policies and controls   Salary: 30-40 lakh/annum (Not a constraint for right candidate)   Process: Please send a) your updated CV, b) your current and expected salary and c) Willingness to take up a position in Mumbai   P.S: No cv shall be shared with the client or anybody outside without having detailed conversation and acceptance from the candidate.
