Responsible to provide decision support to the CEO, including Board and Audit Committee compliances.  - Direct the organization’s financial goals, objectives and budgets. As an integral part of the leadership team, participate in leading the company’s expansion strategy and ensuring that profit is maximized in a manner consistent with the company’s culture. Serve as the lead representative for company in professional business partnerships such as banking, legal, audit and insurance.  - Oversee all aspects of the company’s accounting procedures, financial reporting and performance analysis.
