CFO| Leading IT Product Based Firm | Mumbai  Curve HR is an executive search firm in IT, BFSI and Manufacturing space.  For one of our client, a Leading IT Product Based Firm, we are seeking a CFO  Position : CFO  Experience : 8+ yrs   Location : Mumbai  Responsibilities:  - Direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, investor relationships and partnership compliance and private and institutional financing.   - To manage the entire finance and accounts function of the company.  - Spearhead all things Finance, Strategic Planning, Forecasting, Accounting, Tax, Deal Analysis, Investor Relations, and Private and Institutional Financing.   - To provide operational support for key areas of the business, including contracts, negotiations, pricing, business planning, and the operating model.  - Experience managing the creation and development of metrics and scorecards to enable and enhance functional stewardship of managing budgets and investment in strategic and operational initiatives that drive our business forward.   - Experience working with external auditors, internal controls, and compliance-related issues.   - Proven ability to implement and maintain internal control over financial reporting compliance with knowledge and understanding of IGAAP,US GAAP, IFRS, and Transfer Pricing.   - Work closely with operational teams to ensure proper revenue recognition and tax treatment on inter-company transaction.  - Looking after the FOREX matters of the Company  Must Have:  - Experience with technology/Product Company in finance and accounting matters.  - Experience of handling Transfer Pricing matters.  - Experience of managing Forex matters for corporates  - High level of experience and competence in financial accounting, cash management, corporate finance, systems implementations.   Rasika Curve HR | Mumbai
