CFO cum Company Secretary - CS/CA - FMCG

A reputed FMCG company is looking for a Company secretary cum CFO for their group of industries.

- CA, CS (dual qualification necessary)

- Experience in handling secretarial and company law matters for a listed company.

- 10 plus years of experience in senior management level.

- Total experience should be 12-18 years.

- Capable of handling as a CFO a large multi unit multi product company.

- Company head office and position is based in Kolkata.

- Salary will be commensurate with the experience.

- Experience in the manufacturing industry will be preferred.

- Age Limit: 44 years (maximum).
