Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Mumbai

- Grow company to next level through planning & managing of all Finance & Accounts including Banking, Treasury and Tax

- Control unit accounts heads and consolidate Corporate accounts

- Handle Income tax planning, indirect tax, know tax laws and CLB issues

- Liaise with Banks for working capital, term loan etc. and manage forex covers

- Manage growth with financial prudence; independently build team and implement robust financial processes with growth as the key driver

- Use SAP for financial planning and controls

- Have a keen business sense and be exceptional at financial and business analysis [SKU analysis]

- From manufacturing only with strong personality, leader of his people and the business

- CA, 15-20 years experience, 38-45 years of age, Rs.50-60 lakhs per annum

- Should have started career in accounts and come up the accounts route and not finance

- Want a complete leader with great strength with numbers, super sharp

- Strong personality capable of managing 10 x growth in 10 years
