They offer innovative services with Hotels, Facility Management Services and Food Solutions.   Role :   This role will form an integral part of the core management team responsible to drive the organization's growth plans and create value.  Finance & Accounting :   - To ensure maintenance of proper books of accounts giving true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company in compliance with relevant accounting standards & other applicable regulations/guidelines.  - To ensure timely & accurate preparation of required financial statements, reports or returns for regulatory/statutory submission.  - To prepare financial plans/budgets for the company required by statutory/Group/Tax requirements and to monitor the actual performance against the plans at specified frequency through generation of appropriate MIS & reports  Controls, tax & Risk:  - To evaluate & devise appropriate processes & internal controls framework to exercise effective financial control for the company's operations and to ensure compliance with regulatory/Group requirements and to highlight any gaps to appropriate forums for quick resolution of the issues.  - Compliance for direct and indirect tax requirements, secretarial, legal, and other statutory compliances.  - Ensure coverage against financial as well as operating risks by streamlining of business processes and policies.  Stakeholder Management: ( Internal & External)  - Auditors ( Internal/External)  - Management team ( comprising of the founders, PE team as well as independent Directors)  - Banks & other external vendors  - Business team heads  - IT  Ideal Candidate Attributes :  CA (1st attempt / 2nd attempt-Preferred)  Years of experience : 8 - 20 years  - ERP implementation experience is a must  - High on Integrity  - A self-starter who needs minimal supervisory control, Entrepreneurial mind-set with a high degree of passion and drive  - Should be open to change and align culturally to the values of the organisation  - Must possess an eye for detail; have the ability to roll-up his/her sleeves  - Strong with People Management. Ability to build, motivate and manage a team effectively  - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and high degree of multi-tasking  - Collaboratively working with other business.
