Responsibilities:  - Handling overall finance, fund raising, capital infusion, banking operations, taxation & secretarial matters, legal & liaison, audit, statutory compliance.  - Administer annual business plan, capital and revenue budgets, cash flow and investor reports, MIS & investors reports of the company.  - Consolidated unit accounts & finalization of financial statements for the company.  - Ensure statutory compliance & assessment under VAT, service tax, income tax, work contract.  - Holds credit of ensuring cohesive financial, strategic and operating plans, facilitated allocation of resources, ROI strategies, profitability growth, financial forecasting/ analysis and performance measurement.  - Formulating & implementing systems for effective financial operations and participating in management of profitability & operating results.  - Devising accounting policies and procedures for tracking financial operations.  - Preparation of financial reports.  Experience & Key Skills:  - Qualified CA with at least 10 years of post qualification experience from Hotel Industry.
