Job Description:  Chief Finance Officer for a client of ours who are into Higher Education Segment  Location : Hyderabad/Rajasthan  Lead in ensuring adequate Financial information and control systems to meet the financial planning, accounting and reporting requirements of the University.   Lead in the development and review of the Institute’s Growth Plans and Annual Operating Budget, and guide all units in the development of budgets and management of their financial resources.  Ensure the effective investment of funds within the established policies and procedures  Work with the Leadership Team in preparing Growth Plans and Annual Operating Budgets, and in planning resource mobilization, and dealing with Banks, legal and Financial agencies, as required.  Interface with external and internal auditors and facilitate compliance with Accepted Accounting Principles and the relevant Regulatory Frameworks. Manage All year-end audit activity and Serve as the primary contact person with the external auditors  Provide leadership to the University community with respect to budgeting, accounting and financial management practices  Qualifications  - Minimum: Graduate with First class and Chartered Accountant is a must  - Desirable: MBA with specialization in Finance
