Chief Financial Officer - CA - BPO/KPO/Media/Retail

As a key member of senior leadership team, the Chief Financial Officer will report to the CEO and assume a strategic role in managing finances of our global operations. The CFO will have primary responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial related
activities of the company. This will include direct responsibility for strategic planning,budgeting, MIS, pricing, accounting, compliances, legal, deal negotiations, private and institutional financing, and investor management.

Job Responsibilities :

- Provides leadership in development and evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives

- Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities

- Collaborates with business heads to identify their needs and advise them on the financial implications of business activities

- Directs and oversees all aspects of the Finance, Tax, Legal and Accounting functions of the organization

- Ensures that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance to applicable federal, state and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting

Qualifications and Requirements:

- MBA in Finance and/or a Chartered Accountant

- 10 to 15 years in a Multinational/global company, preferably in retail, service business

- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage staff at remote locations

- Strong problem solving and ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses

- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and result orientation

- Exposure to Mergers, Acquisitions, PE funding and Capital Market listing
