Chief Finance Officer - Retail

The role of this position is to oversee the entire gamut of Finance & Accounting function including the following :

- Corporate & Project Finance

- Banking & Fund Mobilisation

- AGM & Share Holder interactions

- Financial Discipline & MIS

- Accounting & Quarterly results

- Interaction with Stock Exchanges & Statutory compliance

- Public Issue Management & Rights Issue

- New Project Expansion & Fund Management

Being a Public Limited company, requires proper deployment of resources in areas of Finance & Accounts to maintain and submit financial results on quarterly / annually publications.

Position report to Board.

Those having minimum 20 plus years having at least FIVE YEARS heading Finance of more than 1000 crore organization preferably a listed company is a prerequisite.

Those willing to relocate to Kolkata only need respond.

Those drawing a package less than 50 ( FIFTY LAKHS) NEED NOT RESPOND.
