Chief Finance Officer - Manufacturing

Job Description:

- Providing and interpreting financial information

- Monitor & Streamline SAP FICO process within the organization.

- Need to ensure proper Taxation related matters of the company.

- Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends

- Identifying new funding opportunities domestic & Foreign.

- Oversee & coordinate of all fiscal reporting activities for the organization including: organizational revenue/expense and balance sheet reports, reports to funding agencies, development and monitoring of organizational and contract/grant budgets.

- Determining cost effectiveness of prospective service delivery

- Analyzing change and advising accordingly

- Formulating strategic and long-term business plans

- Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance

- Analyzing competitors and market trends

- Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk

- Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities

- Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems

- liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out

- Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, and statutory organizations

- Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines

- Managing budgets

- Supervising Finance & Accounts staff

- Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.
