The group is Indian company based out at Kenya  Location: Kenya  Job Description:   - He would assess organizational performance against both the annual budget and companys long-term strategy.   - Develop tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational information to the Chairman and make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations.   - Engage the Board finance, Audit, around issues, trends, and changes in the operating model(s) and operational delivery.   - Assist in establishing yearly objectives and meeting agendas, and selecting and engaging outside consultants (auditors, Investment advisors, legal and compliance).   - Oversee long-term budgetary planning and costs management in alignment with company   - Innovate and Improvise on processes with hard targets for process improvements  - Evaluate process changes feasibility and work closely with the client to implement changes  - Ability to generate financial accounting reports, handle internal and statutory audit.   - Interacting with regulatory authorities, responding to questions, filing reports as per requirements  Qualification: Chartered Accountant  Experience:  - A minimum of CA  - Candidate must have experience into farming industry   - Deep knowledge and understanding of Asset Management, Audit Finance and Budgeting.   - Excellent written and oral English communication skills.   - Demonstrated leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills.   - Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills, plus excellent organization skills.   - Experience in a senior financial-management role, partnering with executive staff, resulting in the development and implementation of creative financial management strategies.   - Significant experience in or knowledge of accounting, including accounting, compliance, and reporting
