Part of a diversity hiring.  Qualified CA.  Key Responsibilities Areas:  - Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the finance function including F&A, Taxation Treasury, Budgetary Control and fiscal performance of the organization and group entities.  - Leading the development of the business plans and programs as a strategic business partner.  - Evaluate and advise on the impact of long term planning, introduction of new strategies and regulatory actions.  - Providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and financial trends in order to assist the CEO/President, the Board and other senior executives in performing their responsibilities.  - Enhance and/or develop, implement and enforce policies and procedures of the organization by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the organization.  - Enabling profitability and development of solutions to business challenges & identifying new opportunities.  - Provide technical financial advice and knowledge to others within the financial discipline.  - Continual up gradation and improvement of the financial processes & policies.  - Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization; i.e., evaluation & enabling of alliances acquisitions and/or mergers and funds and investments.  - Optimize the handling of banking & treasury relationships and initiate appropriate strategies to enhance cash flow.  - Develop a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism that includes minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs.  - Ensuring compliances under companies act and managing audit of finance function.  - Be an advisor from the financial & compliance perspective on contract and agreements.  - Evaluate the finance function structure and team plan for continual improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness.  Competencies :  - Financial Management  - Business Acumen  - Communication Proficiency  - Ethical Conduct  Leadership :  - Performance Management  - Personal Effectiveness/Credibility  - Problem Solving/Analysis  - Strategic Thinking  - Technical Capacity
