Chief Executive Officer - Social Enterprise

International Client with Global presence is looking to set up a Social Enterprise in India.

We require an entrepreneurial professional, with innovative and out of box thinking, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to lead and motivate a team, diverse stake holder management and ideally with experience of a start up and experience of handling a P&L .

He/ She will be responsible for:

- To strategize, design, implement and make operational the business plan and establish a leading enterprise

- Set up the advisory board

- Carry out research and feasibility for the setting up an Enterprise for Social Entrepreneurs in India

- Developing partnerships and a strong network, landscape mapping, proposals, bids

- Secure resources and contracts from trusts, foundations, corporate partners and statutory agencies

- Develop a structure and legal entity for the organization

- Formulate, implement and regularly review the organization's mission and strategic plan

- Creating marketing plans and developing media relations

- Responsible for staff leadership, management and administration

- Ability to work with Top Senior level members regularly

- Identify and engage with key organizations and individuals; develop mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders.

- Understanding of social enterprise and/or community businesses

- Diverse stake holder Management at domestic and International level
