Candidate should be passionate, talented and reliable who want to get involved in the development of an business in exchange for equity, to build a successful platform with high equity value.   Job Purpose :   Vision : Devise a comprehensive Organizational Vision and roadmap for all sides of the business and continuously work to ensure it is implemented.   Brand Building :   - Create from the ground up a unique brand that reflects organizational business interest  - Work with other members of executive Leadership team of the Board to ensure all plans are properly executed across departments.   - Providing leadership in the design and production of all aspects of business thereby increasing Organizational effectiveness to the Consumers.  - Excellent stakeholder management internally and externally.  An Ideal for this Position :   - MBA from a notable institution preferred.   - 8 -12 years of experience within an Executive Leadership role, preferably with the B2C Industry, proven Start-up or other similar Industry Facility Management business or Property Care in both corporate and residential apartments.  - History of building a successful and recognized Organizational brand with proven experience.  - A strong - Out of the Box- thinker to drive the vision of the Organization
