- Presently working for a Reputed Large Branded Hospital

- The CEO will head the His/her role exists to ensure that the hospital offers the highest-possible quality health care in an affordable and efficient manner while remaining financially viable for the long term.

Primary responsibilities for the position include :

- Managing-the strategic and the day-to-day operations of the entire hospital, clinical and managerial, ensuring that all departments are fully and comprehensive staffed to the extent possible and liaising with and supervising all clinical departments, medical and non-medical staff to ensure delivery of medical services of high quality affordable healthcare.

- This will be done in collaboration and with the help of the Medical Superintendent, Head of Nursing,Non Medical Head, Heads of Finance, Marketing, HR and Supply Chain.

- Ensuring that the facility supports the hospital clinical work with sound financial investments, adequate staffing patterns, and strict adherence to policies and procedures.

- Implementing and facilitating channels of communication within medical and non-medical staff to ensure that Hospital delivers high-quality medical services in a harmonious manner, following a team approach reflecting Hospital Values.

- Provides strategic leadership to Ensures a current and living strategic plan and budget and ensures that operational plans align to these documents. Manages resource requirements (e.g., expenditure, human resource planning) necessary to deliver against the objectives.

- Facilitates the sustainability of hospital operations in collaboration with Shine Board, development partners, research and other affiliates/stakeholders.

- Represents in critical stakeholder meetings, including General Body Meetings, Finance and Audit Committee Meetings and other Internal Review Meetings.

- While maintaining full responsibility in all areas and monitoring as deemed necessary, delegates most day-to-day activities to Medical Superintendent, Non Medical Head, Heads of Finance, HR, SCM etc.

- Leads Doctor Engagement programs and work with clinicians in delivering affordable quality healthcare through clinical excellence and program interventions.

- Prepares activity reports and works with the Finance Head to prepare financial reports for the monthly meetings of the Board and assists with interpretation of Union and State rules and regulations.

- Deep passion for access to healthcare and social change with strong Leadership Skills.

- Qualified medical doctor with MBA/MBS/Management degree, Overall 16+ years of experience with at least 5+ years in clinical areas, valid medical registration license.

- Previous experience in a similar CEO/medical superintendent position.

- A diplomatic personal style, with excellent communication, networking and management skills.
