Chief Executive Officer - Medical Institution

We are currently recruiting a CEO for our prestigious client which has a medical institution located in a 100 acre campus in the state of Andhra Pradesh.

It includes a Medical school, Dental school, 2 Nursing schools, Pharmacy and MPharmacy school etc.

It's a 1500 bedded hospital with all the super specialities including gastro surgery, neuro surgey, ct surgery, neurology, endocrinology, radiology, cardiology, urology, nephrology etc.They also have CT - 128 slice with 3d reconstruction facility and with cardiology package,a 3 tesla MRI, a flat panel cath lab and modular operating theaters. That's a world class infrastructure by itself.

They have 250 under graduate intake per year for the Medical school along with 123 in PG and 22 in super specialty students per year.

They are on the lookout for someone with experience of turning around a hospital. They have best of the best doctors in each department. Giving them the right help in marketing, encouraging them to utilise their knowledge to the best of the patient care and thereby increasing the OP and IP is the foremost expectation of the CEO. Experience in developing their research unit, starting medical tourism and coming up with innovative ideas to spread the fame far and wide would be of great help once the first step is achieved.

They are looking for one such visionary so that their ideas can be implemented better.

The person should have high energy levels to take up the challenge and at the same time have the patience and maturity to coordinate with everyone and carry the team along.

Candidates having a Post Graduate qualification in Medicine and handling the Operations role in any super specialty hospital is mandatory.

Knowledge of telugu desirable.
