CEO – Luxury Brand eCommerce & Prepaid Card (Mumbai, India)  Only candidates with relevant experience in terms of job responsibilities and industry should apply  THE CLIENT  Our client, a diversified Indian business house is poised to become a significant player in the Luxury & Premium online retail business in India  The Client plans multiple ventures in ecommerce domain in next 3 years.  All projects are self funded and are not external funding dependent.  THE POSITION:	  - Lead the organization from front; Provide a vision to the organization  - Set & Achieve P&L targets  - Build the organization to make it one of the leading and most admired ecommerce company in its domain.  - Exceed the expectations of all stake holders.  - Achieve long term & profitable alliances and partnerships with Luxury/Premium brands and Consumer touch points.  THE CANDIDATE:	  MUST HAVE:  - Business head with P&L responsibility of min 100+cr  - Existing relationships with Luxury/Premium brands  - Good Exposure to Prepaid card / Loyalty / POS systems   - Exposure to marketing alliance with Luxury/Premium brand consumer touch points (Banks, Airlines, Hotels, etc)  - Exposure to corporate sales   - Good understanding of ecommerce domain and online and luxury brand consumer  - Must be good at marketing & alliances  PREFERABLE:  - Must have proven abilities to understand evolving market conditions and respond faster   - Must be a champion deal maker   - Must be ambitious and entrepreneurial – setup a business from scratch.   - Must be young at heart, tech savvy and a systems driven person   - Result oriented, has a can do attitude with exceptional interpersonal skills.   - Must have energy, ability, maturity & class to setup and run a world class organization   - Plan fast – execute faster   - Very high level of business acumen & a champion of market trends and pulse   - Solid eye for details & grip on numbers without losing the big picture  - Planning and organizing   - Management and leadership   - Confident and willing to take extraordinary challenges   - Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrated strong people management skills, with experience building and leading matrixed functional and cross geographical teams.   - English fluency required   - The ability to travel including internationally as needed.
