Chief Executive Officer - Healthcare

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER - HEALTHCARE

- Understand the market & opportunities, undertake a feasibility study, recommend business opportunities, do a Need-Gap Analysis in the healthcare space

- Identify potential partners with existing expertise & negotiate favourable terms with the potential partner

- Establish the vehicle, study, become familiar & ensure all statutory compliances in the country, in every venture

- Develop the strategy, create the infrastructure, business development, marketing & Organization structure to manage & make the venture profitable

- Liaison, PR & Network with Government and other establishments

- Monitor the finances, budgets and cash flow of the entities

- Expand the ventures in other countries by continually exploring new opportunities

- Risk management, develop systems & processes, MIS, accounting, marketing, HR, IT etc

- Experience in organization planning & building, driving profitable businesses & start-ups

- Exposure to the Health care Industry & International markets preferred

- Decision maker with commercial acumen, PR, leadership skills, strategic thinker, brand builder

- MBA, 15-20 years experience, 40-48 years of age, Rs. 50-60 lakhs per annum

- Should have held Senior, decision making positions in reputable organizations

- Lot of travel
