Candidate from Manufacturing Sector, handling excise is mandatory.  1) Handling of all foreign transactions and ensure compliances of FEMA Act & RBI regulations.  2) To ensure, monitor and control the preparation of Reconciliation Statement of all the Bank Account and to resolve the pending items of Bank reconciliation Statement.  3) To prepare correct and timely periodic reports and details required for preparation of Financial Statements. Viz. CIF & FOB value Chart of Imports, Exchange Rate Variation Working, Provisions for Expenses viz Interest, Rent, Vehicle Hire Charges, Insurance, Legal & Profession, Exp. In Foreign Currency,etc.  4) To ensure timely clearance of import consignments.  5) To ensure that all the imported invoices has been booked properly in the books of accounts  6) Ensure submission of GR forms related to Export to Authorized Dealer  7) To check and ensure that the freight & insurance expenses pertaining to export and import consignment are properly levied and accounting of the same.  8) Ensure timely & correct preparation of Annual Financial Statements.  9) Monitor banking activities of the organization.  10) To ensure maintenance of all relevant records.  Key Skills: Qualification : CA  Job Sector: Iron/Steel
