We are looking to hire a Chartered Accountant for a leading Indian accounting & consulting firm. The company serves its market in 8 Indian and 4 foreign locations. The company's work culture promotes continued skill development and learning.  You will be responsible for handling direct tax and transfer pricing matters for the company.  If you can spot a trend in random numbers, if you are confident of your budgeting and accounting skills, if you think you are organised, then we would like to hear from you.  We will expect the accounts analyst to efficiently perform the following duties:  - Prepare, review and file income tax returns, company law returns and E-TDS returns.  - Client interface, liaison and relationship  - Handle transfer pricing assignments including transfer pricing audits, formulating a TP Policy, compiling documentation & issuing CA certificate.  - Manage the opinion and advisory arm of transfer pricing and draft appeals.  - Generate Funds Flow Statement, profitability statements and other statistical reports.  - Co-ordinate with cost auditors, purchase & stores department for the effective working & monitoring of creditor analysis  - Represent company before tax authorities and transfer pricing officers with follow-up, and manage tax compliance.  What you need to possess to qualify as the best accounts executive:  - Minimum 3 years prior experience in accounting, receivable & payable functions, preparation of bank reconciliation, vetting & posting of site related entries, and financial planning.  - Complete knowledge of TDS returns, corporate income tax, wealth tax returns, tax audits and their application.  - Good knowledge of regulations of Indian Accounting Standards Companies Act.  - Knowledge of Excel, SAP and Tally Software.  - Strong detail orientation and team playing skills.  Functional Area: Finance/ Direct Tax/ Accounts/ General Ledger/ Payroll/ Risk/ Financial Controller/ Cost Control/ Forecasting/ Book closing/ Balance Sheet/ Corporate Accounting
