The client is a well known reputed Asset based Lending [ABL] solutions provider in East Coast in US with several top US banks as its clients. In existence for approx 10 years +; the team consists of CAs, CPAs, MS Accounting with diverse ethnic backgrounds including Indians.   Role Specs:  Assessing risks in collateral lending transactions.   Audit collateral lending transactions   Analyze financial reports to evaluate and report any variations contrary to desired levels.   Assess the client's overall systems and records.   Communicate with Underwriters, Account Executives, and Audit Managers throughout the engagement to keep them apprised of any material events.   Ability to prepare clear and concise audit reports.   Extensive Client Interactions.   Able to travel extensively (local or in continental US). Client shall provide domain training   Candidate specs:  Expertise in   Statutory audits or Accounting; working for either Big 4 firms or tier 1 & 2 CA firms. Must have handled client interactions and teams. The client shall provide H1B visa and offers competitive base salary with perks.   Candidates with existing H1B visa or prior US work / education desirable.   Desire to move to and work in United States.   Educational Qualifications:  CA, CPA, MS [Accounting], MBA [from well known US Universities]
