Position/Title: Manager   Location: Gurgaon  Expectations and Key Responsibility Areas  What are the expectations, essentials duties and responsibilities of this position- Please list up to 10 main key areas of this position.  1. Responsible for Monitoring the CBDM Mail Box / TMS Memo Manager and assign chargeback/collection cases to the respective Team Members based on their specialization & training, and follow-up with them till the case is closed  2. Making sure that each Chargeback case is logged correctly in the TMS Memo Manager by each team member on daily basis  3. Ensure disputed Chargeback cases are reviewed by each team member on a regular basis to maintain low pendency and are disputed at least 5 days prior to last date of dispute.  4. Collections Team to start action on cases assigned by Airline/ Merchant Chargeback Team within 1 week of assignment. Pre-travel TIDs to be actioned within 24 hrs by collection team.  5. Preparing Productivity reports and periodical Dashboards and appraising the Management on regular basis based on the SLA.  6. Analyze the process and design systems & procedures for achieving process excellence.  7. Take up merchant issues with Vendors   8. Ensure the team supervisors & members are motivated at all times and achieve the individual and team goals.   9. To ensure that team members maintain discipline on floor, punctuality, sound & healthy relations with each other.  10. Keep a watch on the breaks & absenteeism.   11. Forecast manpower requirement & assess training needs through one to one sessions/ skip level meetings etc  Skills:  Knowledge of Merchants and Charge Backs. Skills in overseeing process implementation and compliance. Experience in mapping requirements.Team management or monitoring experience is must. Skills in setting out quality standards for various operational areas and implementing quality systems and procedures to facilitate a high quality customer/vendor experience while adhering to given SLA. Building and maintaining strong business relations with others. Skills to recognize trends, leading, training and monitoring as well as ensuring proper flow of information.
