- Managing End 2 End HR Operations, Payroll Processing to ensure no discrepancies  - Handling Corporate payroll processing and authorizing deductions statutory compliances  - Compiling and verifying salary pay-outs with Finance  - Generating annual/half year financial audit, income tax declaration, investment proof exercise, form 16  - Implementation of Salary revision & Appraisal letters  - Implementing Full and Final Settlement for exit cases  - Handling all employee reimbursements -Meal coupons, LTA, Medical, and Fuel & Car Allowance to ensure no gaps arise in payments and managing Tax declaration forms.  - Ensuring timely Internal transfers  - Monitoring PF, ESI, Calculations of Employee Income Tax, Statutory compliance of payroll and returns thereof  - Developing and implementing salary structure and administrative guidelines in accordance with C&B policies set by the senior management to ensure all company policies are adhered to  - Managing the Payroll Administration and Management involving salary & variable pay disbursement and Managing HR-Help Desk  - Prior experience in HR Operations, payroll management and knowledge of compensation and benefits procedures.  - Knowledge of TDS is must and should have worked on similar payroll software  - This role is responsible for managing the HR Operations and salary administration of the company and ensuring all policies and requirements are met in an efficient manner.  - Analysing organizational pay practices and making recommendations for salary changes to ensure equity as per the market trends and industry standards.  - Recommending special compensation programs or incentive systems to the top management to support the organization's decision and progress.  - Correcting anomalies, if any, in emoluments among similarly placed individuals with a view to maintain parity in salary levels.  - Supervising automation of all HR Operations, Pay roll processes & requirements as per company standards.  - Overseeing the overall development of team members through effective & need based training & controlling attrition.  - Serving as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administration contracts and helping resolve work-related problems to ensure smooth flow of operations in the units  - Overseeing the overall development of team members through effective & need based training & controlling attrition
