We expect to double both teams this year.  This opening is for recruitment professionals in our corporate hiring team  Role & Responsibilities  - Creating Job Descriptions and Skill Requirements through involvement in the people planning process and through engagement with business stakeholders.  - Sourcing of candidates for open and planned positions by using all possible data sources and channels such as job sites, Linkedin, Glassdoor, headhunting, referrals etc.  - Conducting various aptitude and psychometric evaluations, and conducting first round screening interview with candidates.  - Managing candidates through the multi-round interview process through to final acceptance or rejection.  - Salary negotiation, offer generation, and candidate relationship management till joining.  Skills & Experience Required for Success in This Role  - Business Savviness. Ability to understand various industries and job profiles, and ability to understand what kind of candidates are the best fit for each profile.  - Candidate Sourcing. Understanding of the various candidate pools and sources, and ability to leverage them to get candidates for hiring.  Interviewing Skills. Ability to conduct interviews basis understanding of job description, to shortlist candidates who will have a high probability of final selection.  - Operational management. Ability to manage hiring process for multiple positions at any given time. The ideal candidate will have effectively managed scale and complexity in the past.  - Relationship Management. Ability to maintain great relationships with all stakeholders. Ideal candidate will have experience of working with multiple stakeholders who depend on him/her for getting their own objectives met.
