Experience: 10-15 Years

Minimum Qualification: Business graduate from A/B level School

Job Description/ Skills:

- Highly experienced and professional people with strong people skills and an excellent track record in sales.

- Retail domain knowledge is essential.

- Setting the Sales Process, the engagement model and executing on to ensure more productive engagements.

- Driving performance against revenue targets, commitments and KPIs across the defined regions & branches.

- Steering annual objectives settings, territory & accounts planning, budgeting and P&L.

- Their responsibilities will be business development in the Small & Medium Enterprise market (primarily Channel Model).

- Open to travel as and when required.

- Ability to quickly learn and independently manage sales organization for region allocated and agreed upon.

- Product evaluation and client presentations with presales proposals.

- To work with delivery and presales teams for proactive proposals for existing clients and prospects, to interpret, analyze and simplify ambiguous requirements to design differentiated solutions.

- Developing Marketing activities to increase leads and opportunities in assigned Territory.

- Drive customer satisfaction.
